General

Yes, we do deliver and setup our equipment. We deliver to Fort Riley, Manhattan, Topeka, Salina and surrounding areas. We do charge a delivery fee of $2 per mile from our location to your location. We also have pickup options.

We do charge a 12% damage deposit waiver on rental items only. In the case of balloons we will charge for the prop or stand holding the balloons.

The damage deposit waiver applies to all other rental equipment including and not limited to  Softplay, Bumper Cars, Sleepovers, Picnics , tables , chairs and more

We also require a 50% downpayment for the equipment/ setup. Payment can be made in up to 3 installments depending on the time frame between initial payment and event date.

Custom made costs will be paid upon booking.

A damage waiver protects the you “The Client” in the event of  ACCIDENTAL  damage. It is included in the rental charge. It is not an insurance cover

We accept bookings throughout the year. If you have a specific date in mind its best to book in advance.

Cancellations can be made 21 days prior to the scheduled party date. The downpayment paid is non-refundable but may be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 90 days of the original party date.

Cancelation 2-6 days prior to your party we charge 75%  of total fees.

Cancelation 0-48 hours 100% of total cost .

 The costs of custom made items are non-refundable.

We have a variety of packages. Please find a more detailed description of each package on here

4 to 6 hours of playtime .

8ft x 8ft for Fun Pack I 

12ft x 8ft or 10ft x 10ft for Fun Pack II

22ft x 20ft for Fun Pack III

 

Sleepovers

We will definitely work with you to mix and match our available colors and themes .

If possible we will work with you to customize your special theme. We ask for at least 6-8 weeks notice for custom made themes .

Customization fees typically depend on the suppliers cost and will be added to the package price.

Customization fees will be paid together with the initial deposit

Each set of the tent , mattress and breakfast table will occupy about (L x W) 7ft x 4ft 

Typically 12 hours.

8:00am – 8:00pm for day time hours

Overnight hire for night time hours 6:00pm – the next morning.
